In an effort to keep up with after school snacks and providing my sons and husband with a variety, I have started making this caviar board on occasion. Our usual go to is a charcuterie or how we like to call it, a grown up Lunchable. The caviar with the sour cream, chip, and other toppings is so delicious and a cinch to set up after school / work. You could do this up in anyway you please and change up the toppings if you have a preference over others or just want to change it up from time to time.

Caviar Board
Ingredients
- caviar of choice
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp medium shallot, minced
- 1 Tbsp green onions or chives, sliced
- 6 oz. Olibites pitted green olives in thyme and olive oil
- 1 can Bonilla Chips
Prepare
- First, mince the shallot and place it in a small pinch bowl. Also place the sour cream, green onions, olives, in small pinch bowls or plates. Open the can of chips and arrange all of the small bowls/plates on a board of choice.
- Lastly, layer your chip with all of the toppings and enjoy your after school / after work snack.
