If you’ve been looking to expand your brownie horizons outside of a store-bought box mix then look no further than these crazy Fudgy Brownies! I have loved brownies since my 20’s when I really got into them for a hot minute. Box recipes just don’t cut it. This recipe boasts of crunchy edges and exterior and a super ooey gooey center, which is hands down the best way to enjoy a brownie.

Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Prepare
- First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a small 9×9 or 11×9 tray with parchment paper and clip the corners down with oven safe clips, one on each corner.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a pan over medium heat, constantly stirring until all of the chocolate chips have completely melted and the butter and chocolate are well incorporated. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat the three eggs, granulated and brown sugars, salt, and vanilla bean paste until well incorporated, for two minutes or until mixture looks fluffy.
- Mix in the chocolate mix, followed by the flour until the batter is evenly combined.
- Pour batter into parchment paper lined baking tray/dish and bake in oven for 27 minutes.
- Finally, take the brownie out of the oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
