The algorithim is algorithiming boys and girls. Instagram keeps showing me these truffle caviar hashbrowns and I ain’t mad. As a result I now follow Sunshine Coffee in Miami and this is one of there most coveted menu items. While I await my next trip to Miami you will find me making these in my kitchen because they are bangin’! This is great to make as an appetizer for a party as you can use the smaller bite size hashbrowns too!

Truffle Caviar Hashbrowns

- First, bake the hashbrowns at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Next, mix the sour cream and truffle oil together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Place a Tbsp of the mixture on each hasbrown and then top with caviar and the green onions/chives. Serve and enjoy!
