If you’ve known me for any length of time then you will understand my obsession with figs. From donning a fig tattoo have having my own fig trees I simply can’t get enough of this delicious and low-glycemic fruit. These chocolate covered fig treats have come to be on our recent family vacation, toying around with ingredients we picked up at the grocery store. To take these treats to the next level you can freeze them, making each bite sweet, salty and cool enough to refresh you while on the beach. These treats are delicious, guilt-free, and packed with magnesium. Enjoy!
