I am recalling back to the summer of 2008, which was my first summer studying at SVA in NYC. Stopping by my roommate’s friend’s house I was introduced to my very first spritz. I had never up until this moment tried any such drink in my life and I was pleasantly surprised. So cue 17 years later and this lavender spritz cocktail I made for the first time this week. I will say this spritz is more refreshing and lighter than my first one in 2008, and is definitely giving summer. Cheers to a refreshing summer 2025!

Lavender Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. St. Germain
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- 2 oz. club soda
- Torani lavender syrup, 3 pumps
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Prepare
- First, fill your glass with ice.
- Next pour in prosecco, St. Germain, slub soda and lavender syrup. Note the syrup is the densest liquid so it will sink to the bottom.
- Finally, stir lightly, garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
