Ok so in full transparency, it sometimes takes me a year or so to make recipes I set out to make. Jose and I first tried this together at Palm Beach Meats’ Steak Night on a date night and we both knew this had to be made at home for sure. I delay because other recipes come up and it’s that whole, I’ll get to it eventually game. Well, we wait no longer for this delicious wagyu tallow butter. It’s healthy as animal fat is known to be healthier than seed and synthetic oils. This goes well with any bread of choice, especially if you warm it / toast it prior to serving. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

Wagyu Tallow Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup French butter, I used Echire
- 1/4 cup Wagyu tallow
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked sea salt
Prepare
- First, bring both the butter and the tallow to room temperature.
- Next, using a butter churner, churn the butter, tallow, and salt together until it is all well incorporated together.
- Finally, place in a small, shallow bow and serve with your favorite bread, warmed if you desire. Enjoy!
