In an effort to make a fall inspired sandwich I did some digging here and there until I came across this Apple and Cheddar Grilled Cheese with Salami recipe via Sur La Table. It’s easy to make and my boys absolutely loved and devoured these! So much so they’ve become my most requested sandwich that they enjoy taking to school. Sandwiches shouldn’t be complicated and should be delicious and filling and this apple and cheddar grilled cheese with salami sandwich is just that!
