This protein breakfast toast comes from my kitchen to yours in an effort to ramp up our protein intake in our house. Everyone in our house is either training for something or in a sport currently. Keeping stomachs satiated and avoiding blood sugar level dips have been a priority. Hard boiling eggs has been on heavy repeat, which is fine and dandy, but we knew we’d eventually have to spice things up. This is easy to make even on a weekday morning before heading off to school or work. I hope you enjoy this protein breakfast toast as much as we did.
