In an effort to make a perfect fall cocktail and use the last of my figs from my fig tree, this is my latest concoction. Consider it a late summer / early fall harvest of sorts. I am deeply and will always be, obsessed with figs. This cocktail is a perfect fruity drink with a good depth and flavor from the elderflower and thyme. Enjoy it sometime soon!
