If you’ve been looking to expand your brownie horizons outside of a store-bought box mix then look no further than these crazy Fudgy Brownies! I have loved brownies since my 20’s when I really got into them for a hot minute. Box recipes just don’t cut it. This recipe boasts of crunchy edges and exterior and a super ooey gooey center, which is hands down the best way to enjoy a brownie.

Fudgy Brownies

  1. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a small 9×9 or 11×9 tray with parchment paper and clip the corners down with oven safe clips, one on each corner.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a pan over medium heat, constantly stirring until all of the chocolate chips have completely melted and the butter and chocolate are well incorporated. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat the three eggs, granulated and brown sugars, salt, and vanilla bean paste until well incorporated, for two minutes or until mixture looks fluffy.
  4. Mix in the chocolate mix, followed by the flour until the batter is evenly combined.
  5. Pour batter into parchment paper lined baking tray/dish and bake in oven for 27 minutes.
  6. Finally, take the brownie out of the oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
