So I’ve been really digging this kale and ginger smoothie on repeat lately. You can skip the coffee and still get your dose of caffeine from the matcha and load up on your greens and fruits while doing so. Need to load up on pre/probiotics too? Scoop that in as well! I have Love and Lemons to thank for sharing this recipe a while back. This is also perfect for teachers as we all get ready to head back in the fall!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 kale leaves, stems removed, plus more for garnish
- 2 to 3 slices of ripe, frozen peaches
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of matcha
- Handful of ice
Prepare
- First, place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute until smooth.
- Lastly, pour into a glass and garnish with a small piece of kale and enjoy!
