I’m still on that smoothie kick and this week I bring you this purple power smoothie. Full of antioxidants and good sources of fiber this smoothie is sure to help reset your gut! This was another take on The Pilates Class cookbook I got recently. I’ve made a few slight changes and it still feels refreshing and tastes great! Purple Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 heaped teaspoon cacao powder, and additional for garnishing
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, plus 1 teaspoon for garnishing
- 1/4 cup oats
Prepare
- First, add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds until creamy.
- Lastly, serve in aa glass and top with hemp seeds and cacao and enjoy1
