Now this mango and turmeric is a bright and gut healthy smoothie you need to add to your repertoire stat! I recently start taking pilates classes online via The Pilates Class. I absolutely love their class offerings and the fact that it is off of an app and you can go at your pace or intensity as needed from the comfort of your own home or anywhere as you travel. The Pilates Class also sells recipe guides with wonderful recipes taking new spins on foods. I love spicing things up and learning new recipes to break away from the mundane. This mango and turmeric smoothie was one such recipe that I cannot brag about enough! I can’t wait to try more of their recipes and post them here!

Mango and Turmeric Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen mango, cubed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 x 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 heaped tbsp dehydrated coconut
Prepare
- First, place all of the ingredients expect for the dehydrated coconut in a blender and blend for one minute until smooth.
- Lastly, serve in a glass and garnish with the coconut and enjoy!
