I absolutely love a good cocktail. Specifically, I am more of a skinny margarita girl. But I do like to try new cocktails and this Guava Coconut Frozen Cocktail was a spin off of my other Guava Margaritas I have made in the past. These are much slushier and the coconut flavor paired with the guava is so delicious, like having a summer dessert. The jalapeno gives it a nice kick alongside the Tajin, which I absolutely love! I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Guava Coconut Frozen Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Guava puree
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. cream of coconut (I used Coco Real)
- 2 oz. tequila, blanco
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Tajin, for rim
- jalapeno slice
Prepare
- First, place the guava, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, tequila, lime juice, and honey in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend until slushy and smooth.
- Then rub a lime on the rim of the glass and dip in Tajin.
- Finally, pour your cocktail into the glass and add the jalapeno for garnish.
