If we aren’t baking up a storm of cookies in the kitchen on Christmas then I don’t want it. This is a late post of course as we were supposed to make these around Christmas time but we busy baking 5 other variety of cookies in the kitchen this past Christmas. These Christmas kitchen sink cookies are the perfect marriage between sweet and salty. The mini pretzels impart a perfect amount of saltiness that make you crave more with every bite! I hope you enjoy making these at Christmas time, if you like us, any time!

Ingredients
Prepare
  1. First, make browned butter by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until browned (about 5 minutes), then let cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooled butter with brown sugar, granulated sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla paste until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s, mini pretzels, and snowflake sprinkles. Save some of the mix-ins to top for prettier cookies.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, topping with extra chocolate chips if desired, and bake for 12 minutes, rotating trays if using two at a time, until edges are golden.
  6. Finally, allow to cool and enjoy!
