Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

I’ve been on a real smoothie kick lately branching out and trying new recipes and ingredients as opposed to my usual boring routine. I can’t stress how much importance there is in consuming up to five servings of fruit a day. Your body will naturally stop craving synthetic sugars in sweet treats. You will naturally be satiated through the natural sugars and fibers found in these fruits. This is a tangy and bright raspberry coconut smoothie is family approved in my house and yours is also sure to enjoy!

Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup oat milk

1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or blueberries)

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

1 heaped tsp cashew butter

2–3 dates, pitted

1/4 cup oats

1/2 cup desiccated coconut, I like to use dang

1 tsp chia seeds

Prepare
  1. First, blend all ingredients together.
  2. Lastly, pour into your favorite glass and top with raspberries and the coconut. Enjoy!
